LE At Home offers unique in-home experiences and virtual access to a diverse set of professionals spanning numerous creative fields including Broadway performers, well-known chefs, dancers, and professional athletes. They bring their unique skill sets to client’s homes either virtually or in-person to provide one-of-a-kind experiences not usually available to the public. These serve as the at-home version of our traditional travel based offerings with such notable figures as Doris Kearns Goodwin and Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (The Mountain from Game of Thrones).
LE at Home has partnered with CFT productions to bring you uniquely crafted evenings of entertainment. This producing trio, composed of three veteran members of the Broadway community, have decades worth of experience in the world of Jazz, Broadway ,Television and Hospitality. These experiences focus on collaborating with clients to realize a project and then bring it to life in the privacy of the clients own home. They can range from a Broadway star with a pianist to accompany your dinner party to a full Bard Experience where you enjoy full renditions of either A Midsummer Night's Dream or The Tempest acted in the comfort of your backyard. They are fully realized interpretations of both plays set in extraordinary spaces that support and lend ambiance allowing for an enchanting immersive theatrical experience. These productions are best accompanied by a full dining experience which we can also assist with. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to The Actors Fund which helps Broadway Actresses and Actors out of work during COVID-19.
Courtney Reed was last seen in Lauren Yee’s award-winning play Cambodian Rock Band at The Signature Theatre. She had the honor of originating the role of ‘Princess Jasmine’ in Disney's smash Broadway hit Aladdin, directed by Casey Nicholaw for which she received a Grammy nomination, a role she also reprised last year. Courtney is thrilled to offer a virtual singalong for your family or friends followed by cocktails and a chat. Sit down and really get to know the original princess Jasmine on Broadway while enjoying some of her most famous songs. Chef Nick Tamburo joins us to offer an incredible two-hour virtual cooking class to satisfy the foodie in all of us. Nick Tamburo grew up in Massachusetts and attended Emerson College where he studied experimental filmmaking and photography. While finishing school, he began working in kitchens throughout the Boston Area. In 2012 Nick relocated to New York City to work at Momofuku Noodle Bar. One year later he traveled to Belgium to work under chef Kobe Desremaults at his acclaimed restaurant In de Wulf. Upon returning to NYC, Nick joined the team at the two Michelin starred Momofuku Ko where he worked for three years, eventually rising to the position of sous chef. After taking some time off to travel, Nick spent a brief period learning pastry at Blanca before rejoining Momofuku as the executive chef at the Italian inspired Nishi.You’ll cook four courses alongside Nick while having all your cooking-related questions answered during the class.
